Looking for an investor or start up loan?

We are looking to really get our business going on a bigger scale. we have bad credit but good worth ethics and have done great so far. we need an investor or a start up loan to help us really get somewhere. we buy run down homes for cheap, fix them up, and sell them for a profit. as mentioned we do well, work fast, and sell fast. we just need help buying more equipment, buying another house, and just someone either behind us investing and making money off our work, or a place that will loan for start up business with bad credit. any ideas where i can find either????

Sell Your Own Home
check prosper.com and look for a local “angel” group in your city. Angels are people with money willing and able to help startups, but you better know what you’re doing and have a reasonable plan or formula or they’ll know to expect inconsistent results.
Buy Home No Qualifying
Check with the SBA (Small Business Administration)
They are a govt agency tht does low interest business loans & provides advice/counseling/etc at no charge…
