The information really doesn't change much, but the players do. Or at least the name of the company changes. There are some "experts" who operate under one name until the public and states' attorneys general find that they are not living up to their promises. They then fold their tents and disappear, only to reappear under a new name.

One of the players that continues to have a good name and a good following is Joe Crump. His course is as good today as when it was introduced and he is still around willing to personally take your questions and provide help on his personal telephone line.

His book Zero Down Real Estate Investing has a full section devoted to how to buy a home with no credit check. The professional experts have been doing this for ages and Joe shares it all with you. You don't have to be a professional or some kind of expert to do this.

If you have not yet given this book a serious look, it is still not too late.

Whatever your position, I probably wont change your mind. I will say however that lease options are one way to control and benefit from real estate without taking on the risks of ownership. And they provide a service that cannot really be done in any other way, except with rent to own and the two concepts are so close together that they are almost the same thing.

Lease option real estate solves a problem that has always been with us and one that is going to get much bigger, very rapidly with the tightening up of sub-prime mortgage lending. That problem is credit.
