ABC nightline reports that selling a house now takes a lot longer and listing agents sometime relist the homes to sell as if they were in the market recently.
Now, everybody knows selling a house depends on supply and demand as well as the economy. Right now, it is slower to sell than 4 years ago. This is logical without thoughts.
Buyers still expect homes be listed for 5 days and be sold? If a house is on the market for 100 days they don't want to buy that house? Is that how humans think and reason and that something wrong with that house sitting unsold?
The ABC news kind of put humans dumb somehow. Nothing wrong with a home not selling as fast as a few years ago. This is normal AND NOTHING IS WRONG at all. It might take 30 to 90 days to sell a home and this is actually normal.
Either buyers are dumb or ABC has a dumb report that is not news at all.

True. I think the reason why so many homes are not sold is because they are priced incorrectly. I don't blame them because what if they sold and prices went back up? Then, when they love to another location and buy another house they have to pay higher for their new home. I think this is the real reason they are unwilling to sell at lower price unless they are forced to sell.

I think religion does enough to show that the human mind has a “big problem with logic” on its own.

Indeed, it does show a problem with logic. But a house that hasn’t sold in 90 days was not properly priced in the first place.
