More and more investors are beginning to share their knowledge at a price that is really unthinkable to most of the gurus who seem more bent on making oodles of cash from their seminars and courses than on helping new investors make a success of the business.

A great plus in their work is that they include all of the forms you will need and provide instructions on how to complete them. The fact that most gurus omit this vital part of their instruction and sell it as an “extra†has always galled me! How can forms that are required to complete a deal be considered “extra� Without the form, there is no deal!
