The diverce order says that I have to pay 1/2 the mortgage until the house sells. The X is still living in the house for now 3 1/2 years. With housing prices falling fast and they refuse to reduce the selling price on the house to make it sellable. The "X" is very un-motivated to do anything because they are living in the home for basically 1/2 price.
Is there any suggestions or legal advise available to force them to reduce the price or refinance and take it over completely.
Also, The mortage amount still owed is somewhat higher that the current value because of the bad housing market going on now.

I do Administrative work making $13.00 an hour. I will be getting more responsibilities because this lady got fired. She do did Admin work as well. I do not know how much she made. The boss will meet with me soon and I don't want to sell myself short. My friend says $15.00. I can name numerous tasks but to give you details. I work for a company that services beer systems so our customers are restaurants and bars and some homes. We do out of state jobs as well. There were 3 office people now it is down to myself and my lady boss who got hired same time as me. I have only been here 3 months. I am excited about the change and challenges i have to come. But what is my net worth? Please help I am 31 yrs old and never really moved up in the world. just kidding. But on the serious note..I need some advice.

what is the best way to repair my credit score , i ran into a few problems last year and my credit score dropped , but now i have not one outstanding bill i just sold a home and payed off a 400,000 Mortgage i have zero bills and i just took out a few credit card to start the re buliding of my score , is there any othere way to up my score faster
i also have a 500 a month car payment 3 new credit card that i use offen and pay most of the balance off every month , i also a a cell under my name ,, if i contunie to pay these all on time home much time will it take before i see my credit score move higher

We are looking to really get our business going on a bigger scale. we have bad credit but good worth ethics and have done great so far. we need an investor or a start up loan to help us really get somewhere. we buy run down homes for cheap, fix them up, and sell them for a profit. as mentioned we do well, work fast, and sell fast. we just need help buying more equipment, buying another house, and just someone either behind us investing and making money off our work, or a place that will loan for start up business with bad credit. any ideas where i can find either????
