I know I want to work at home. I used to sell insurance at home & it spoiled me. I think my former employer needs a customer service rep. but I am not sure. This is better than sales cause I would have a steady income. I really messed up my life before by not having a steady income. I had to quite working with a sick family member & I was in debt which is the way a person starts out in auto home ins. sales cause they don't get paid for their sales until the people are due for their policy to begin. Then there were computer problems I had so many things happen. OK, now I have to start over. ...I don't love insurance. I once worked at a friends specialty toy store & I would love to just take orders for a place like that but don't know who is hiring for that. I love books & would love to talk to people ordering books & I have an idea as to who is hiring for that....I know if I call my past employer there is a chance he will hire me as a CSR for the insuance agency. I am kind of panicing because I need money fast. I would have to take a week long class & get lisenced which cost about $500 for the ins. work.....I don't know what to do & have put this off for so long. How can I make this decision. My son told me to go get a local job. If I do that I will make such a little bit of money that I will end up in deeper trouble. Any clarity you can offer?

I live in Miami Florida area. Also note that this is an investment home - speculation that went bad. The builders and the bank were the ones that really ripped me off in the first place. But I do not want that bank to be able to put a lean on my other main home which does have some positive equity. I want a Lawyer who can tell me what types of accounts or assets that I should protect of pay off prior to doing this Short sale of my other house. Also what is the best case senario on how bad my credit will get ruined. I currently have a 750 score. But this is 150k loss. There is no way that this house will go back up in value that fast. Credit is important but I cannot afford to loose $150 K and I cannot afford to keep making payment to this house anymore. I already work 2 jobs and I cannot make enough money so it is either a Short Sale, Loan Modification or a Walk away foreclosure that I am having to pick from.

I am expecting a litter fo gldens on october8,08 and i posted an ad saying i would sell them @ 3 mos. but i got an email response asking if i can sell her a puppy at 2 mos....should i sell it?

House For Sale By Owner

i am planning on buying windows xp home for an older laptop with 512 mb RAM. On all sites that sell xp home(best buy, walmart etc.) it says min req for RAM is 64 but reccomended is 128. i heard someone say that 1g ram is req. which is true b/c i dont want to invest if it wont work. i realize it wont b as fast with 512 ram but it will still install and run rite?
