IF you start buying trailers which I am to produce residual income because they make great investments then you will someday want to put these trailers onto actual lot that you own so YOU don't have to pay lot rent. My question is how? Many of these lots that people want to sell have trailers on them already with people that OWN their own trailers so you can't maximize profit by putting the ones you bought on there. Is there any way that you can make this a faster and smarter process then simply waiting for people to leave your mobile home court and then putting a trailer in it's place that you own?

Apparently 4 years ago there was a tax lien placed on my name... for what I do not know... it was in the sum of 1200 dollars now 4 years later I am trying to sell my house and this lien comes into light ... but it isn't 1200 dollar anymore it has turned into 13,000 in only 4 years *** !!!!!!!!!!
anyways they have agreed to do what is called a partial release for the sum of 1000. so I can go ahead and sell my home... but I still have got to nogotiate for the remaining amount... of 12,000 dollars... I have heard of other people paying the initial tax that they were served with ...
Now here is my question what should I or shouldn't I say to help me get this lowered to a reasonable amount and remember they allready recieved 1000 dollars as a partial release for my home...

i need to sell my home but no one is interested. It is not my home alone, but the whole area due to the loan issues.
I gotta sell this house fast because I am losing money due to the drop in prices.
so i was just wondering if you could trust those organizations that claim that they will buy your home without any gimmicks.
are these true and if they are, which ones would people who have used them recommend?
